“The Uruguay Energy & Infrastructure Summit 2016 event was a meeting place for public institutions, private enterprise and support organizations, that allowed one to share relevant information for the development of infrastructure projects. The format used on the one hand helped the institutions present to the audience the different opportunities for investment that Uruguay offers in the areas of energy and infrastructure. And on the other hand, it allowed the private companies and institutions to interact directly with the project promoters, with the financial institutions and with suppliers, with the object of sharing experiences, needs and work prospects in that country.
